Following a detailed determination of your individual goals, you will hit the ground running with an 8-week personalized program of 360° team coaching to 1) reset your relationship with physical fitness; 2) reset your nutrition plan and; 3) establish a plan of support and accountability to help you keep this important commitment to yourself.

The momentum

Following the 8-week reset, armed with all you’ve learned and experienced, we review your progress and determine next steps together. For example, you may decide to continue to drive toward your goal, to refine your plan, or to simply maintain your new momentum. With continued access to partnership in fitness, nutrition, support and accountability, you maintain the invaluable encouragement of this like-minded community.
