Three decades of experience and a personal journey of trial and error led Andrea Klas to envision a new fitness culture — one that disrupts the traditionally gym-dominated industry.

A veteran certified personal trainer and certified sports nutritionist, Andrea Klas has painstakingly refined her own fitness philosophy. Three decades of experience and a personal journey of trial-and-error have led her to develop a 360° team training approach to whole body fitness. Physical fitness, relevant nutrition and strong mindset are its foundational pillars with a specialized coach devoted to each pillar of a clients own journey.

And so today, after guiding hundreds of fitness transformations, no trendy diets, no quick fixes, no fads, just sustainable lifestyle-driven results, Andrea’s program can confidently guarantee successful results.

After struggling with her weight throughout childhood, and the trauma of fat-shaming, Andrea began to educate herself. Seeking solutions when everything she was being told to do failed, she concluded that restrictive eating and over training was not the answer. It was not until she dismissed the infinite number of dieting trends, focused on fueling her body with clean food and the right amount of protein, and committed to strength and cardiovascular training that she achieved success.

Even as a former competitive figure skater, runner, triathlete and competitive cyclist during her 20’s and 30’s and 40’s, she continued to struggle with nutrition and wished she had someone guiding her in her journey. She dove into competitive body building in her late forties when she found out that building skeletal muscle was the key to everything in her life becoming the best it could possibly be. In her 50’s, navigating the challenges of perimenopause and menopause, the pillars of her own philosophy helped her stay lean, energetic, healthy, grounded and happy.

Full Circle: Andrea now specializes in guiding others through such challenges as perimenopause, menopause, andropause to become the strongest, leanest, healthiest and happiest they can be.
