The 8 Weeks
Once we assess your body composition and determine your blueprint, you begin an 8-week personalized program supported by our full 360° coaching team. Your strength coach guides you through a structured training plan designed to increase muscle, and build strength. Your nutritionist creates a precise protocol based on your metabolism and weekly scan data, then coaches you through the day-to-day process of turning that protocol into a sustainable lifestyle. Throughout the program, our mindset and accountability coaches help you navigate challenges, roadblocks, and limiting patterns, ensuring you stay consistent, supported, and aligned with the commitment you’ve made to yourself. This integrated approach is how we create real progress—and results that last.

The Momentum
Following the 8-week program, armed with all you’ve learned and experienced, we review your journey and determine next steps together. For example, you may decide to continue to drive toward your goal, to refine your plan, or to simply maintain your new momentum, with continued access to a partnership in fitness, nutrition, support and accountability.

Each client’s nutrition protocol is designed specifically for their body & metabolism. Your nutrition plan is built from real data — starting with your body composition and metabolic needs. Every client’s protocol is created in collaboration with our registered dietitian to ensure you’re eating exactly what works for your body. From there, we coach you through day-to-day challenges, helping you integrate your protocol into your lifestyle, and support you until it becomes second nature.
WE TRAIN FOR STRENGTH.
Strength is the foundation of long-term health. In our program, you’ll strength train every week through small-group personal training or one-on-one coaching. Each session is designed to build muscle, increase functional strength, and establish a consistent routine you can maintain.

Our comprehensive, medical grade, body-composition scan is paramount. It is an essential tool we use to analyse and build the perfect blueprint for your body.

In this program, our signature method is small group personal training. The benefit of having a personal trainer by your side while immersed in an empowering and motivating environment with others like yourself, remains a fundamental component of clients transformations. Strength & HIIT training is done weekly in our program (2-4 x per week).

Integrated with your fitness, nutrition is an essential component. A registered dietitian builds the ideal protocol for your body, metabolism and lifestyle that drives transformation. This is delivered in a readable macronutrient guide.

Our medical grade body composition scan (InBody 580) is kept in house at our centres for weekly scanning. Scans are printed out on InBody data sheets and uploaded into the InBody app.

Armed with the perfect nutrition program for your body, our registered dietitian (Jennie) works 1 on 1 with you daily to perfect the critical component of making your nutrition protocol sustainably aligned with your lifestyle. How you navigate challenges of navigating your food are what determine your success. Your dietitian is there with you every step of the way with professional guidance and support. In the program there is three 1 hour zoom calls and daily coaching through our client portal.

Every client is assigned a certified personal trainer as their personal fitness coach. Your coach is by your side in your progress to evaluate, plan, analyze and motivated you towards through your transformation. Coaches meet monthly via zoom or in-person in conjunction with weekly communication with clients.

Every client works with a mindset coach 1 on 1. Everybody has challenges when it comes to food and training. Whether your challenges are big or small, our mindset coach is the to help you overcome them. The mindset coach conducts 2 zoom meetings with communication available throughout the program.

Built into our program, some journeys require 1 on 1 personal training at the start to ensure a strong foundation, to either recover from injury, develop confidence, or to establish their strong & weak points hands on.

If you’re travelling for work or for leisure, this commitment you make to yourself does not stay where you live. Our team builds travel programs for every client that needs them so they can learn to stay consistent even when they are away.

We have a comprehensive yet simple to use client portal where you communicate with your coaches, access your workout schedule, access your tools and resources, and can review your weekly scan data.

You will receive a cookbook customized to your nutrition protocol, weekly recipes, discounts at local supplement stores, shopping lists, and restaurant menus.
